Tasting
Purple colour with purplish tints.
A pleasant nose with fresh aromas of red fruits (strawberry, cherry, raspberry) and black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry). A frank and fruity attack, a very rich and complex mid-palate. A fine and structured wine.
Food Matching
Blue-veined head cheese, poultry, eggs in meurette.
