Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Terroirs
‘Burgundy’ appellation is produced in three departements: Yonne, Côte-d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. Logically speaking, there cannot exist only one unique appellation ‘Burgundy’ for every wine produced within the same region, that is why every wine has its own character and its own difference due to the influence of the soil.
